Honig Mix for Vegetable Soup 50g

Honig Vegetable Soup is a clear soup filled with vegetables and vermicelli.

Add: 150g beef soup meatballs, 250g soup vegetables and 1500ml water.

Optional: Replace soup vegetables with chopped courgette and fennel.

Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to a boil while whisking, add meatballs and vegetables, simmer partially covered for 10 min, stir occasionally.
