Honig Mix for Julienne Soup 40g
A light, clear vegetable soup with vermicelli, finely chopped vegetables and fine garden herbs.
Add: 150g beef meatballs, 1 medium leek, 100g carrot and 1500ml water. Optionally replace leek and carrot with 2 sliced red capsicums.
Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to a boil while whisking, add other ingredients, then simmer partially covered for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
