Honig Mix for English Oxtail Soup 88g

Rich and hearty English-style oxtail soup base for a comforting, meaty broth.

Add: 250g sliced mushrooms, 2 tbsp chopped chives and 1500ml water.

Optional: Replace mushrooms with 100g carrot and 4 sliced spring onions.

Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to a boil while whisking, add mushrooms, simmer partially covered for 10min, stir occasionally. Garnish with chives.
