Honig Mix for Pea Soup 137g
Hearty pea soup base for a classic, thick and satisfying Dutch-style soup.
Add: Half smoked sausage (sliced), 1 small diced potato (50g), 125g pea soup vegetables and 1000ml water.
Optional: Add half a bunch of chopped celery leaves in step 2 for extra flavour.
Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to a boil while whisking, add other ingredients, simmer uncovered on low heat for 15 min, then let stand 5 min off heat.
