Honig Mix for Asparagus Soup 106g
Honig Limburg Asparagus Soup is a delicious, creamy soup.
Add: 300g white asparagus, 100g ham, 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley and 1500ml water.
Instructions: Stir mix into cold water, bring to a boil while whisking, add the peeled and chopped asparagus and the ham cut into strips, simmer partially covered for 10 min, stir occasionally. Garnish the soup with the chopped parsley.
