Halloumi cheese is the traditional cheese of Cyprus and it is made from a mixture of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk. It’s a semi hard cheese and is the only cheese in the world that does not melt when cooked. That’s why Halloumi cheese can be grilled, fried, grated on pasta, or can be used as a main ingredient in salads and omelettes, or even just enjoyed fresh as it comes.
Ingredients: pasteurised milk (blend of cow's, goat's and sheep's milk), salt, mint, non animal (microbial) rennet. Suitable for vegetarians.
